Where We Ship

Crawzy ships across India. We do not currently ship internationally. We deliver to every serviceable PIN code in the country.

Delivery Timelines

• Metro cities: 3–4 business days
• Tier-2/3 cities & remote areas: 5–7 business days
• Festival / peak periods may add 1–2 days

Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation. You will receive an email and SMS with the tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on orders above ₹999
• Orders below ₹999 incur a flat ₹49 shipping fee

Fulfilment

As a marketplace, products are sourced directly from the brand partner and may ship from the brand's warehouse. The brand name is mentioned on every product page.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you can track your order using the link provided in the email/SMS sent to you. For any tracking issues, write to support@crawzy.com.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your address and PIN code at checkout. We are unable to redirect a shipment once it has been dispatched.

Undelivered & Returned Shipments

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Re-delivery charges may apply.
